Epicure Preserves’ cara cara marmalade turns a brilliant clear pale orange colour and is happily paired with mild goat or cream cheeses, especially on bagels or croissants.  This early fruiting, seedless navel orange variety comes from Northern California and has more vitamins A and C than regular navel oranges. It has a peachy-pink flesh that is quite delicate in flavour, with a hint of apricot.
