The winter season signals the end of the year and is seen to symbolize a period of quiet
reflection. For sure, winter is a somewhat slower season at Epicure Preserves. We’ve worked hard to stock up spring, summer and autumn inventory, so now we take some time off to spend with family and friends. But come late January, we are back into production as it is citrus season: lots of fun new marmalades with limes, Meyer lemons, pomelos, blood oranges, and citrus jams, like kumquat cardamom.
