Epicure Preserves’ Meyer Lemon marmalade is pale yellow and sweet-tart. It pairs well with nutty cheeses like Emmenthal, Jarlsberg and Swiss. Meyer lemons are a small, sweet hybrid thought to be a cross between a citron and a mandarin, and are native to China. They are less acidic than regular lemons, with no seeds and the rind is smooth and fragrant, with floral notes.
