Summer is the season of abundance, warmth and vitality. The fields here in the Lower Mainland are filled with ripening fruits and berries. It’s a very busy season for Epicure Preserves, where we’re working hard to create a berry-full inventory: enough jams and jellies to see our customers through the next few seasons. Strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry jams and jellies are paired with secondary flavours like kirsch, cardamom, cinnamon & cloves, and herbs like rosemary and basil. Hot red bell pepper jelly makes to the inventory in late summer.
