Freshly picked, organically grown Fraser Valley raspberries are crushed simmered until they release all their juices, then strained through a sieve. The clear, seed-free juice is combined with sugar and freshly ground green cardamom seeds to produce an amazingly fresh, lively jelly that is delicious on its own, scooped up with Italian biscotti, or as a topping for dark chocolate cheesecake or tiramisu.
