Epicure Preserves’ mango chutney is yummy by itself, or with cheeses, but is the perfect accompaniment for baked cod, halibut or any other firm-fleshed white fish.  Haden mangoes from Peru were used in this chutney, which also contains locally grown sweet red bell peppers and jalapenos, plus gingerroot, golden raisins and roasted cashews.
